DARJEELING TEA BLACK, WHAT IS IT? DESCRIPTION AND VIRTUES:

  Historically, Darjeeling tea has been the most coveted of all black teas, considered the best! It is also nicknamed the champagne tea!

It is harvested in the fields of the Darjeeling region to over 1300 m.

The altitude makes the plant grow more slowly, but in fact a high quality tea.

  By following our preparation tips, you will get a slight infusion and amber. The liquor obtained is however robust, perfect to start the day!

It is very tasty, we find there a button slightly flowery, woody and subtly spiced. Like all black teas, Darjeeling is somewhat bitter.

  It is now widely recognized that tea is a source of innumerable benefits to our delight!

HOW TO PREPARE THE?

  It usually infused in hot water, almost boiling. For this, we recommend:

- Quantity: 10-12 g per liter of water

- Infusion time: 2-4 min

- Ideal temperature for the brew: 95 ° C

  It is drunk plain, flavored or just sweet, possibly with a touch of milk. However, as we do not put cola in a good whiskey, we advise you to drink this nature in order to make the most of its delicious perfume!
