Qimen is a small town in Anhui province, located south of the Yellow Mountain (Huang Shan). The Qimen have a unique aromatic bouquet, combining animal and gourmand notes.
They are those which the Chinese call tea "refined" as the leaves undergo a final step namely their cut, sizing and sorting into different grades. Qimen this is a black tea and delicate, pushing the Da Bie mountain. A beautiful classic to discover Qimen.
